Im home!

for those of you that know me i just wanted to say that i am finally home after a long 12 month stay in the not so glamourous country of Iraq. i got home 2 weeks ago but have been enjoying my time back with my family so haven't been on in awhile. also i wanted to say that we are now planning a rip to the DL in late sept/early oct.

I too do not know you but I thank you for helping to keep us free! Glad to hear that you are home safe.

The other day I was @ Walmart and a little boy saluted a man in uniform and it brought tears to my eyes. It's ok to thank a perfect stranger, that is why we are proud to be Americans!

so a little update, it looks like we won't be able to go to disneyland this time around the Army has decided that we have spent enough time in Colorado Springs and has decided to move us to Ft. Knox Ky. the beginning of Nov. so maybe next year.
