I'll head it up. I got some great advice from someone who did this back in June and I'm going to organize my notes and type out how it all will happen. In fact, I'll probably edit this post and add how it will work here so it will be easy to find.
Right now I'll take 10 (probably no more). First post, first served. In other words, the first 10 people who post here (whose dates work out to do this with me) can join in.

Here is how the share is going to work:

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER:
Do NOT open your own photopass account to look at your photos. Once they are in one account they can't be put into another one.



1. I am going to create an email and a brand new photopass account. PM me with your e-mail address.

2. You go on your trip, the first photopass photographer you use will give you a photopass card (like a gift card). Each time after that you get them to take your pictures you will let them scan your card. This keeps all your pictures together – if one day you forget your card, it is ok, you can get a new one, but your pictures will be on more than one card – not an issues. The photopass website will let you add multiple cards (which is how we are able to share) (This link will help you find photopass spots: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1409128 ; these will explain how photopass works further if I am not clear: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw...yPhotoPassPage ; http://www.allearsnet.com/tp/ppass.htm ). You DO NOT have to do anything other than have them snap pictures and scan the card – no uploading at parks or anything. Just find the photographer, hand them your card and have them take pictures – it is that easy

3. Each of us will have our own card(s). So keep them with you.

4. Once you return from your trip (depending on the date that you go – this will be edited soon to add the exact date) you can log onto the account and add your photopass card numbers (We try just to get one, but if one of the days you go to the parks you forget your card, you can get a new one, still free).

5. I will create our very own photopass account to share. You can ONLY add your card numbers (pictures) here. To add the picture you log on and add your photopass card numbers (if you have any issues when that time comes, I can help you). Once they are up you can edit them/add embellishments. Only add your photopass card pictures here, not your personal camera ones. If you add your cards(pictures) to another account they will not be able to be added to our shared account – the website will only let you have your card on one account.

6. None of us should start adding our card numbers (pictures) until Date TBA (will be around September 19th) at the earliest!! We must all be done adding pictures and done adding pictures/embellishing by Date TBA (will be around October 5th)!!

7. You have until Date TBA (will be around October 5th) to add all your pictures and add embellishments to the pictures (instructions on how will be on the account once you log in).

8. On Date TBA (will be around October 6th) I will order our CD(s).

9. Once I receive the CDs, I will upload them on a password protected section of my photo website. Once I receive your payment, I will e-mail you the website and password. Then you will have all your memories to do what you please with them forever without having to pay $12 per 5x7 or $125 plus shipping for your own . . .

10. If you would like me to burn you a CD/DVD, I can do that for you and mail it to you for the cost of the materials (DVD, envelope, postage).


HERE IS THE COST BREAKDOWN FOR THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE:
$137.94 total ($124.95+12.99 s/h)

4 people sharing = $34.49 per person
5 people sharing = $27.59 per person
6 people sharing = $22.99 per person
7 people sharing = $19.71 per person
8 people sharing = $17.25 per person
9 people sharing = $15.33 per person
10 people sharing = $13.80 per person


IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOR ME TO MAIL YOU A DVD WITH ALL OF THE PICTURES IT WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $3.06 for the DVD, Envelope and postage for 1st class mail. If you would like Priority mail then it will be $5.85 for the DVD, Envelope and Postage for Priority Mail.

I am interested but don't want to commit at this time. The last time we went we did not have a single pic taken by the photogs, and to be honest we didn't see that many and we were at WDW for a week. Maybe it has changed....
