I just wanted to let everyone know that there were many more rooms available upon calling DCL than were showing on the website this morning. I had booked our cruises online at 6am, but I was very surprised that the room choices were so limited, so I decided to call. It did take almost 2 hours, but the person who helped me was amazing! He was able to change all of our cabins to exactly what we wanted. If you are not finding what you want online, you may be surprised at what options are available if you call. I know I was!!! I am sure that using a TA would save a lot of frustration, but for do-it-yourselfers like me, calling made a huge difference!

got thru like 10 minutes ago..got the room we want booked and with reservation..I am on hold to apply OBBAwesome! I hope you get through soon. The technical difficulties are totally causing delays. We'd saved my second (adjoining room) and the system crashed. Now I'm on hold because she has to call a supervisor because my room is locked out due to the crash. But, she's been great and my room is safe (I hope) so I'll keep waiting.

unfortunately yes...keep the faith and hold...lolI'm at 1 hour 40 minutes. I suspect today will be more busy than yesterday, likely more gold member's than platinum?

This is quite typical, since the web site only shows 8 available rooms, starting with port side rooms. No starboard side rooms are displayed until the port side starts to fill up.
