I'm going to Democratic National Convention

Okay, so it's not as a delegate, but I'll still be there I just found out I cleared security to be a volunteer at the convention

Some members of our schools' Young Democrats are supposed to go. I should probably check with our president and see what's going on. He's 15, has worked elections for 2 years, and is on a first name basis with the Governor, his wife, and Rep. Ford of Tn. This kid will go a long way in politics.

Well.. I am going to the Republican National cConvention in New York.. I am a 1000.00 dollar donor Preisdent's Club member that is how I am going.

My DH and I went one night to the Republican Convention in Philadelphia in 2002. my sister worked many many months on the host committee and took us with her. It was really an interesting experience. Got to walk around the floor, was nearly crushed by a bodyguard for Rudy Gulliani (o.k, that wasn't fun but..), saw speeches in person etc.
