Yesterday I asked DBF if he would like to go to DLP with me, and he said it was fine for him, woohoo!

We haven't got a date set, we haven't decided on which hotel (I think we might prefer a hotel with king-size beds over the two queen beds at the Santa Fe where I usually go ), but we are going to see the MOUSE!

he has been to WDW before, long time ago, for his job or so, but has never been to DLP.
I am really excited!!!!

We kind of decided on the days when we would go (December 7, 8 and 9), so I go onto the DLP website, and ask for a quote, and it says for as well the Santa Fe as the Sequoia Lodge as the Newport Bay that "the product is unavailable".
I don't believe that those hotels are completely booked on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, two weeks before Christmas!
What's the deal, anyone know???

Sandra, I have just looked at Expedia and none of the Disney hotels have vacancies for all three nights. It seems to be Friday 8th that is unavailable. The only hotels showing rooms for all three nights were Davy Crockett, Radisson, Kyriad and Explorers, and Holiday Inn (on its own website). Don't know how you feel about staying offsite?

offsite is not really what I would like... Oh, we'll see... maybe chose some other days... I don't know...

I know. We have a 3 day holiday tues/wed/thurs and people have joined the weekend to it. We call it bridging. This time of year is usually full of Spaniards.

Our DLP-trip is booked! Can you believe I trusted DBF enough to make the reservations? lol!

We're going from December 10 to 12 To Hotel New York. DBF changed it to HNY from SL because the SL swimming pool will be closed during that period, and there were no rooms anymore at NBC, so... the deluxe HNY it will be!
King-size bed, but I don't think we'll have lake view. Who cares, I don't want to look at a lake, I want to look into DBF's eyes!

I'm so thrilled!!!
