And that I didn't BELIEVE the Disney Travel person I talked to right after the code came out, who told me that there would NOT be any point in calling back again about CCE codes if there weren't any available the first time I called. She told me that if there's a cancellation, it doesn't go back into the "code" pot, so there wouldn't be availability in the future.
This is the third time I called to try to put a code on my Beach Club room for Nov. 14-17 and it was the charm! I saved $270.36. Added to the amount I'd already gotten taken off of my POR ressie for Nov.10-14, I've now saved $366 off an already low AAA rate!!!
Moral of the story: Be persistent (and don't believe everything they tell you!)
