Look at what you wrote!!!! was that a subliminal message??

You're just getting to know me, aren't you? Wasn't subliminal at all! :rotfl2:

 Hi Tara!

I can relate, the prices for repairs these days are out of this world. Sorry you had a clogged drain, but glad you got it fixed without too much hassel.

I just had to comment on the pictures of the boys, they have both grown so much and they are oh so adorable!!!!

as a former plumber,,, i gave it up. hated the job.

I have got to smile here. After my DS graduated from HS, he refuses to go to college for "a while". He got a job as an assistant for a plumber, and started out very happy. Now he was a hard working very strong young man, having tagged after my DH working on the farm. He lasted less than 8 months. Even with the promise that his boss would send him to school was not enough to entice him to continue this backbreaking sometimes messy jpb. He was the apprentice, you see, and was spending a lot of time prepping for the plumbing. That was the hardest job he had ever had.

Yeah...very messy work with some disgusting things in there. We had to have out main line snaked out. (through the access point in the front yard) it was a lot more money than 200.00 but the stuff he was bringing up....eeewwwww. I will say though that RotoRooter is the most expensive plumbers around. Their quote to come out and do the line cleaning was twice what everyone else said. (we knew it was the main line cause everything was backing up into the basement sinks and none of the other sinks, tubs or toilets were working either.

Hey how's it going!! Thanks for the comment on the boys. Jarrod just finished his kindergarten year successfully and the baby is showing how much of a two year old he can be!!!

Nancyg...I imagine it would be a difficult job. Its just this job was so simple it seemed anyone could do it!!

Nancy...we've had rotorooter out before and so we just called them again.

So I decided that if he can get almost $200 for 10 minutes worth of work then I'm outta teaching and going into plumbing!! heck I think I have a pretty nice crack to show off!! :lmao:

I hear ya... I was looking for a clown for my kids b-day party in August, for an hour and a half its $250.

Than I realized the clown I was looking into was someone I went to HS with.

Hmmm I wonder if its to late for me to become a clow :rotfl2:
