I'm getting very angry with my Ipod and Itunes!!

so here's the deal, my Ipod only updates the email shows, no normal shows, and I'm getting angry, I don't know what to do I'm really hating this thing! I just want also normal shows to update!... anyone has got any idea of what to do? or I just smash my ipod throwing it down the window???

Try unsubscribing then resubscribing, sometimes that clears up most of your problems.

If there are 2 shows for you to download (email and discussion) only the most recent one will download but the others will be grey with a get button next to it. If you click on that it should download.

Sounds like it is iTunes, not your iPod...so, no window smashing

Do you see both shows in your podcast list on iTunes? If not, hit the refresh button on the bottom right of the iTunes screen. As others have said, you might have to unsubscribe and resubscribe...I have had podcast subscriptions 'go stale' before. Also, if you see the grey 'get' button next to the episode description it means it has not transfered yet to your system. Lastly, check your iTunes Podcast preferences to be sure you have selected "get all new episodes" instead of get just the latest.

I agree if you are only looking for the shows on thursday after the Email show goes up it will only automatically download the email show so if you are on your computer on wednesday just open iTunes and go on with what you are doing after it opens it will download the Disscussion show on its own. Then on thursday just attach your ipod and get both shows.

only the most recent downloads! not all the ones you've missed!?
