I'm full of cold with a very sore throat. Will be retiring to my bed very soon!!! I've had a really hard week at work, with a bereavement so would really appreciate some DIS hugs and love!!!!

I hate colds They are rotten, and noone gives you any real sympathy do they??

Get yourself a hot water bottle, some Night Nurse and get yourself snuggled up in bed with a good book young lady!!!

Get a handsome young fella to rub Vick into your chest, it won't get rid of your cold, but it might make YOU feel a whole lot better - LOL

Hope you feel better soon. Don't take a hottie to bed with you though, it will make you feel much worse by raising your body temperature. Take some Aspirin/Paracetamol or similar to reduce your temperature and that on it's own will make you feel a little better.

Thanks everyone. I wish i was at home. But us teachers have to drag ourselves in unless it's VERY serious. Still feel rotton, but must soldier on!!!

Starting to feel abit better today thanks everyone. Had a shock last night though. I caught the top off an ulcer and my whole lip blew up. Looked abit like Lesley Ash, but worse! It looks a bit better now though!
