I was wondering if the codes that will be coming out soon will be for the "general Public"...I mean, I don't have an annual pass, and I'm not a FL resident, but I AM a Disney Visa cardholder.....the ONLY codes that I have ever saw were ones for FL residents......People with AP's, and FL residents with a disney visa.....is there any hope for me???

yes! Plenty of hope!!!!

The way it seems to work is that Disney first releases codes to select groups, like the Disney VISA cardholders. Then, some codes come out for others, like AP holders. Then, MAGIC!
codes for everyone!!!

here is the latest rumor:

Rumors are circulating that Disney will offer a special discounted Walt Disney World package that gives you 7 nights for the price of 5. Reportedly this offer will be available for stays 7/5/04-11/18/04.

Here's how it will work: you buy a 5-night non-discounted Dream Maker package and get two additional nights (room and tickets) for FREE. That's about a 28.5% savings on both room and tickets if you stay for 7 nights!

Some codes are for anybody. Often you will see a Disney newspaper ad with some promotion (could be a package, could just be a room rate) and it will have a code shown and you need to use that code when you book. Its just that sometimes, these codes are only published in selected regions or publications. If you find them, you can still use them. That's where this board and mousesavers come in handy....others will clue you in on codes you may not have seen.

you can always rent DVC points if you can't find a better bargin.

you can get a studio (comes with mircowave and under the counter refrigerator) in Sept and Jan for around $80 a night - 2 queen beds at OKW. Sun-thurs (leaving Friday morning)
