Simmons Beautyrest World Class Chelsea Park, Firm, Full

I just don't know which to pick: Plush or Firm?

Can I get the firm and just buy a mattress cover?

I sleep on a king size bed now but want more space in my bedroom, so am hoping that going from a king to a full size bed won't be too bad!

I could be wrong, but I think firm is better on your back. You could always get a mattress cover for a little extra cushiness. :)

I don't know about anyone else, but we have a queen and I hate when we stay somewhere that has a full. Could you maybe get a queen? or would that still take up too much room?

Firm, if you want a little softness you could get a body pillow.

Get a Select Comfort bed & you can swap back & forth from soft to firm any time you want. :) LOL

We have one & I LOVE it!

Another vote for Select Comfort Number bed! We also have a Simmons Beauty Rest that we like, but it is old now. LOVE the Select Comfort!

After 20+ years on a water bed, DW bought a Select comfort bed.
It's working out great for me, DW had to change her "number" a few times but is happy with it now.:D

Actually the idea that firmer is better for your back is outdated. Now they are saying that it's better and less shock on your joints to have some give so unless you really prefer firm, I would get the plush. We have a Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop and absolutely adore it. Our bedroom is only 12x12 but we put the king in there... we used to sleep on a queen but when we got our third cat there just didn't seem to be enough room for 5 sprawlers on one queen sized bed. We love this bed!

I think it will be hard going from a king to a full. My bedroom is small and we went from a queen to a king. Wouldnt go back down ever. We also have a Kingsdown pillow top. While it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, DH hates it as it forms craters where you sleep and you end up with a big hump in the middle.

Definitely go for the plush. I've had back problems for the last couple of years and recently bought a pillowtop and I LOVE it! I sleep so much better. Although I do kind of feel like the princess and the pea sleeping on such a high mattress!

We have a full and we're quite content with it. We're cuddlers and there is just too much room in a queen! Plus our room would be overpowered--the full barely fit up the stairs.

I sleep alone!

Maybe I need to actually look at how big a full size mattress is!

can anyone give me an about price for the select comfort? We need a new mattress and this one sounds like what we need. DH has problems with a lot of mattresses causing him neck pain. Figure with this one he should be able to find what is comfortable to him.
