Remember that time where I promised I wasn't going to get really behind on your trip report? Oops.

I hear you on Tangled. There was a long period of time where I wasn't really enthusiastic about the Disney movies coming out - none of the movies after Mulan really did much for me. Then Tangled happened, and OH MY GOD I don't care I'm in my 20s, that is just an absolutely perfect movie. Top 4, for sure. I can't wait until May when I finally get to see the bathrooms in person. (Well, that sure is a sentence I never thought I'd type, hahaha).

YIKES. I don't think I've ever been in MK with crowds like that. NO BUENO.

I'm so glad you loved your Dole Whip!! I may have had to discontinue our friendship if you weren't a fan.

Glad to hear you liked the Legend of Jack Sparrow enough to possible re-do the attraction. I couldn't bring myself to experience it in January, not when there was Gertie time to be had.

I was SO EXCITED to see Mr Spell working again when we were there too!

That is so funny about the trivia thing!! I would have died!! Your drawing is fantastic though! Mine would have been soooo much worse!!

That is the weirdest experience on TSM! I've never heard of that. I love that ride so much too!

Mama Melrose is delicious! I had their chicken parm and it was YUMMY! That is hilarious that the street performers came in!

HAHAHAHAHA! Oh, wow, the "conversation" you overheard from the Streetmosphere performers is hilarious! I would have been thinking the same thing.

Also, I have the same theory about TSMM - I just like to have fun, regardless of how well (or horribly) I do! But seriously... at least I stand a change with Toy Story - I might as well shoot blindfolded with Buzz!

We have not been back to Mama Melrose in so long - I really want to get back though...they have a spaghetti and meatballs cupcake I NEED to try someday. Sounds like you had a really fun time there - and how fun the streetmosphere people come in!

I would totally do that too - catch up on my Disney diary or write or read while I was alone at the parks. The security guys would always be confused when they saw all the books in my bag. But it's one of the nicest ways to enjoy the park...it's like you really live there and aren't just rushing through!

It's always disappointing when you don't get a good character at Animation Academy. HOWEVER, you should definitely watch Phineas and Ferb sometime. Try to catch one of the earlier ones, like when they build a backyard beach or when they reunite their parents' favorite band. I usually watch the episodes with my brothers, but they are SO SO good. There are really funny jokes and the songs are brilliant too!

Okay Marissa, don't get mad but when I saw your drawing of Agent P, I laughed. I mean, I'm with you on that Buzz would have been my first choice, so that is kind of a bummer. I still need to try that class at some point!

I am seriously impressed you are able to write TRs from memory! If I don't write in my journal, it is NOT happening. I actually didn't have a change to write notes for my final 2 days.. and when I re-created it, it was kind of ridiculous. Then again, maybe because our trip was 10 days, things started to blend together? Either way, I'm impressed with your memory skills!

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOUR MEET WITH RALPH AND VANELLOPE! It will be adorable, I'm sure!

OMG, streetmosphere performers in Mama Melrose?! That's so COOL! Of course, she kinda killed the idea of them being from Golden Age of Hollywood by quoting Dirty Dancing, but you know what, I love Dirty Dancing. So no hard feelings, girlie. ;D

I've never eaten at Mama Melrose's. I don't think I've ever even paid attention to where it is. The pizza looked good though! One of these days I'll try them out. So regarding the Phineas and Ferb trivia, I wouldn't have known anything either. And I like the show but I wouldn't have been into drawing Agent P. Haha. I drew Jiminy Cricket the last time though!

Thumbs up for Muppets! I have a feeling it won't be there that much longer But I hope I'm wrong!

You're reaction to Ariel and the under the sea ride was CA-UTE!! Like, super adorable. I get the feeling, too. I think Ariel was the first princess movie that came out after I was born (there was a major shortage of princess films for a while there, Disney...) so I completely get your excitement. I loved the ride so much, like for real, could it be any more perfect???

Lol I can't wait until my trip so I can actually come back and read your updates entirely, but for now I'm enjoying the bits and pieces that I can read without spoiling NFL for myself.

Yay for your first dismeet of the trip, and how awesome that your friends happened to be in Disney at the same time, although sucky that their plans to stay at a friends happened to fall through.

Disney proposals are the best! Although i'm of course a little biased since I had one haha.

Great update, Marissa! Would you believe that when we were in MK a few weeks ago, i totally missed out on Wishes AND Under the Sea!! Blame it on the rain and shut down rides. Oh well, loved looking at your pics and videos so I know what I missed out on! That's why there's always a next time

What a beautiful day! I absolutely love your picture with Donald and Daisy! They look so dapper in their Hollywood outfits.

How frustrating that you take a shower to feel better from the rain from earlier and you end up getting rained on again At least it stopped by the time you got to MK so you could enjoy yourself.

Your first impressions of the Little Mermaid ride remind me a lot of my own. I think that they did an incredible job with it. And the cool and warm air as you enter and exit the water is such an awesome touch. Only Disney would do something like this.
