I'm debating...should we try Teppan Edo & Kouzzina??

I never seem to try these two places.....I have booked them for may, but of course, I am rethinking....

I love Kouzzina for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be hectic and noisy, but I think the food is worth it. That atmosphere could even be fun if you're in a lively or celebratory mood.

I haven't tried Teppan Edo for a couple reasons. First, we have a hibachi restaurant here in town that we almost never patronize. If we wanted that kind of food, we could go there whenever we want. Second, we're private people and tend to shy away from places with communal seating.

We had lunch at Teppan Edo and it was great! We were so full. We had 7 of us so we didn't have to share a table, but I think it's fun to sit with strangers...especially if they are fun!
Service was excellent!

We have been to both restaurants and enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much we are booking them again for our July trip,so a thumbs up for both from me
Kids loved Mickey mouse smoking and the train at Teppan Edo
Service and food was really good at Kouzzini they even got a high chair for our daughters teddy simba!

If you have a good hibachi restaurant near you, skip TE. TE doesn't come close in food, service, options, cost and show to some of the places we have around here and we found it to be a complete waste of a Disney meal. However, it seems the most positive reviews of TE come from those who don't have a good hibachi restaurant near them. So, with that being said, if you don't have a decent hibachi restaurant near you, give it a shot.

From what I can see, Kouzzina is more unique. While we have not tried it yet and therefor cannot comment on the food or service, I would still suggest trying it (especially before trying TE).

Liked Teppan Edo. We finally went for the first time on our last trip, just DH and myself. As for the food, I thought it was a little below our hibachi restaurant here. But, we were the first lunch ressie and they did a little show to open the restaurant. It was kind of neat. Didn't know about that.

Have not been to Kouzzina.

We love Kouzzina! It's one of new faves. We have reservation for breakfast and dinner for our up coming trip.

We Love Teppan Edo! We also have a local Hibachi and it just doesn't compare to Disney! I love the food & atmosphere. Definitely worth a try whats the worst you never go again? Atleast you can say you tried it and now know.

I like Kouzina fod and service are perfect , and i like too Tepan Edo it's a very different experience for me , who i am in solo

We did both when we went in May. We had 7 of us but we still shared with a nice couple from NYC, they were at the opposite end of the table from DH and I but MIL and my dad had a nice time talking to them. The tables there seat 8 to 10 I think. We enjoyed it and I had never been to a restaurant like it so it was real unique. That said I have since been to another Hibachi near home and that one is better than Disney in terms of show, very close in the quality of the food, though.

We did Kouzzina also and loved it, the Pork was really good! If you are a cheese lover, I recommend the Saganaki (MMMMM)

DH and I have eaten at Teppan Edo several times and have enjoyed it each time. The food was delicious and the "show" was fun. I think you should keep both ressies and venture out. We've discovered some great places to eat doing that. Good luck!

Koozina was in my top 2 restaurants from our trip in Sept! The atmosphere was family friendly if you have children, and the food was fantastic! I had the pork and it was fantastic and my husband had the fisherman's stew which he said was great too! The boardwalk is fun to walk after dinner also!
