I haven't been paying as close attention to this as I should have been.

Are there AKV rooms available now? I know on DVCMEMBER.COM there are point charts for all of 2007, but I thought it didn't open until the fall?

Can someone clarify that for me please?

When can we stay at AKV?

There aren't any rooms at AKV that we can book now. In fact, MS doesn't let us use AKV points for any DVC stay before Sept. 1st. We haven't begun to pay MF for those points yet. The first people will begin to pay those as of Sept. 1.
