It last about 2 hours 15 minutes but we arrived early because of the rain.

Wow! Sorry to hear about your bad room experience. That's disappointing when we've experienced the best and you are let down like that. I'd definitely would be writing a letter or making a phone call! People put out big bucks for the Disney experience and magic and deserve alot better. You could pay $24.99 a night outside the park to get that type of room!

If I had called and complained while there it would have so I just let it go. Did ask POFQ if they had any rms.though.

Actually I have had better rooms on Orange Blossom Trail than this room at CBR! MUCH BETTER!

I actually did not give the room a second thought when we were not in it. LOL

Good for you not letting it ruin your fun.

The first time Jeff and I went with my parents/brothers, we all stayed at Dixie Landings. Our room wasn't ready when we got there (the people hadn't checked out yet, and all the other rooms were taken), and we had dinner plans. So we left our luggage in the rental van, and went to dinner. When we came back, around 8pm or so, the room still wasn't ready! Or at least hadn't been checked into the system as being cleaned. The CM at the desk felt so bad, and gave us free breakfast at Boatwrights for the next morning! Wasn't where we were planning to have breakfast, but hey, free breakfast is free breakfast. And it was delicious anyway!

So sometimes complaining IS worth it. Although I don't know if we really complained. I think they could tell we were upset, though.
