I'm back!!

Life has been getting in the way of my computer time, but hopefully I'll have more time for a while.

We were flooded by Isabel, almost 4 ft of water in the den ( its a step down) and a half foot in the rest of the house. We've been able to move back in (after ripping out walls, insulation and ductwork and spraying everything with bleach, yuck) and are well on our way to recovery.

I gained 3 lbs the first two weeks and have since lost that and will hopefully be in new territory soon!

We are still going to Orlando and hope to see everybody on the 5th!

Hi Linda It's great to see you back here, again! Sounds like you have had a lot to deal with but you seem to be doing it beautifully! And to be able to lose those 3 pounds during all this is just remarkable! I tend to stuff my face with everything I can find when I am under that kind of stress!

Sorry to hear about your flood, that must have been awful. With all that stress gaining would be expected, but you have lost what you had gained so you are on your weigh again.! Onward and downward!
