Just now able to be on the dis and was so delighted to read your report of fun


When you first asked us question about the darkside, we all tried to guide you in ways to make the best of the trip

So many of us are thrilled you ended up loving UO

You just graduated from newbie to pro on one visit!

Do fill out the survey the hotel sends you and mention the syringe
They need to retrain housekeeping as it will benefit future guests

I have had issues before but it doesn't bug me

Things happen but can be corrected if management knows about it

mac, you people made me feel like a pro with all the info you fed me even before we arrived at UO.

I will do the survey and let them know about the syringe and the sharp piece of metal. Other than those 2 things the room was spotlessly cleaned every day.

All I know is everybody agreed that we really enjoyed our stay at UO and this is from a family of WDW lovers.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! I also love WDW but Universal has surpassed it as my favorite Orlando theme park. This is a great forum to learn all you need to know before you go. I am so looking forward to Toothsome on my next trip. Thanks for the review.

Mac, we aren't the type that looks for anything. The syringe and piece of sharp metal was unfortunate, but these things happen, and luckily none of us were injured by them so we didn't even report them while there. We were in Thunder Falls Terrace and a family, for an hour, was complaining about something so vehemently that 4 TM's had to deal with them for the entire time. The wife and I couldn't believe it. We just go with the flow.

W heave seen that so many times.

People looking for something for nothing.........shouting for special treatment or allowances for no particular reason.

I constantly admire the TM that deal with folks like that day in day out...........I couldn't do it.........sounds like you have a healthy attitude to things.............
