Merry Christmas to all my Dis Friends !!!


Well today I had to go to Target for last minute gifts !!!I couldn't resist a stroll down the Travel Aisle !!As I went ,I said "Jordan I'm looking for you!!!" A couple of people looked at me and my imaginary friend and had this "pity" look on their faces Sorry Jordan they only had the 2X All soap too !! I was soooo hoping to find that for you!!!

That is TOO FUNNY!!! I went to Target today too. Me and DS went to get supplies to make our countdown calendar. I too took a stroll down the travel aisle. I told myself that i am NOT buying anything today. There was a pushy girl who came on the aisle after me. She kept putting her cart right next to me. Sort of like she was trying to rush me along down the aisle. It was so irritating!! Don't these people know that I like to take a leisurely STROLL down this aisle and look at EACH ITEM??? I only saw the 2X All too by the way.

I was in Target today too and did the same. Crusing the trial size aisle. I thought of Jordan and briefly thought of whipping out my phone to capture the moment but I resisted.

Well Christmas started at 5 am whenKyle woke up We stalled hime for a while by having him sort the gifts into piles for everyone!! Then we woke up 2 sleepy teens !!
Stockings were first and Kyle loved his matchbox cars and pokemon cards !!
The girls loved the make up( Thanks CVS) and nailpolishes !!

Kyle ofcourse was THRILLED that Santa brought him the yellow electric bike along with loads of other stuff !! Another BIG hit was the Nutcrackerhe wanted I'm thinkng COLLECTION

The girls got Clothes and more make up , Bearpaw boots , cd. dvd,s books etc and money to buy MORE clothes after all they are TEENS

Then the DRAMA struck , No IPOD Touches and of course Judy and I knew they were purchased !! So we hunted through ALL the garbage , hunted throughout the cellar crawling into spaces where noman has gone before Still Nadda as in NO IPODS !! Judy and I were almost in tears, when I spotted a big bag of more presents hidden under the Christmas decoration boxes !! I checked it and PHEW Ipods were there But Judy ouldn't resist she handed out all except them aftertelling Kyle Santa dropped a bag in the backyard Teens had sad faces and then she whipped out the IPODS !!
I got a Disney Hoodie, isney PJ's , a purse , gloves etc . Judy got a hairdryer, a leaf blower undies etc Te kids gave her perfume,hairstuff, jewelry !! Kyle's gift was a big hit he picked it out himself .. A bracelot that said Mom in many languages !!

I forgot I also got a new camera as mine broke in September in Disney !!

Hope Eveyones Santa visits were as good as ours !!

Sounds like Santa was very good to everyone! I miss having kids waking up early, all excited to see what Santa brought!

We open gifts from friends and family on Christmas Eve, then in the morning Santa has come for the little ones - large gifts are not wrapped - it is much fun to watch the kids.

She was sooo cute this morning, Rosie! Mia brought her down while we waited...she ran into the den..stopped...looked around...then this squeal of delight!! she checked out each toy one by one, chatting all the time: garage, lawn mower (her father maybe wanted a boy?? lol), then noticed the kitchen...another squeal of delight! Last night she opened the toy laptop I'd gotten for her and she loved it. She is always trying to go after my laptop, pressing the keys etc - well, the one we got is for ages 3 to 7, but she loves typing and seeing the color changes on the screen - very cute!

Well it sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas! Yay for all the Disney stuff you got PLUS a new camera!!! How exciting! Now all you need is some travel sized items and you are ready for your trip.

Thanks Blue I had a great day!! We al went to my nieces everyone brought stuff !! We had roast beef infused with garlic sooooo yummy, ham,mashed potaotoes and my potatoe asserole, cauliflowerand cheese, corn, relish tray, allsorts of snax including chicken wing dip!!!lots of cookies fruit salad and of course my pie !!! Kyle was sooo good ,he loved being with his 3 boy cousins who are all around his age !!We hd a gret time reminiscing !! MY SIL was almost in tears on the way homesh was so happy I joined them!!

Actually I went 50% off shopping today !!I pick up paper, tags etc for next year at 50% off !! Also get lotion and potion type gift sets too !! Got the girls eye brushes etc , Kyle lots of smelly stuff . I was at Walmart shortly afte 6am !!
Growing up in England we always watched the Fox Hunters and their dogs assemble for their annual hunt on Boxing Day!!I really never gave it a thought I just liked the horses and the dogs !! The "Tally Ho" Horn was pretty cool too!!

I believe the Tradition of Boxing Day was when the rich gave boxes of stuff they didn't want to the poor .Presumably it was "BOXED" up hence Boxing Day !! If someone thinks I'm wrongfeel free to correct me as I am not 100% sure !!
