I'm back, I'm alive and I'm comfortably numb!

Had to brave torrential downpours driving I95 north, what a nightmare that was trying to share the wet roads with the truck drivers!

Then DH decided to be creative and take a different exit. BIG MISTAKE! We got lost and it added 20 minutes on to the travel time. Luckily we left extra early.

Anyway, lots of novacaine and minus one tooth, I am still comfortably numb, and not in need of the Vicodin prescribed to me, YET!

I'm not doing too bad....the most tender part of my mouth is at the injection site! Other than that, the place where my tooth once was feels gross when I run my tongue over it!

Yikes, I hate to have teeth pulled! My teeth aren't very good either! Hope you recover quickly! I'm off to the dentist tomorrow myself and have the feeling I'll be facing a root canal very soon!

Take the Vicodin before the numbness wears off!! Otherwise you'll have to wait for it to kick in while you're in pain..
