I'm back from CSR!!!

We got room # 9151, Cabanas - first floor-water view-33 steps from the quiet pool.....I couldn't have asked for a better room!! LOVED IT-LOVED IT-LOVED IT!!!! The only thing I have negative to say, AND I HOPE DISNEY READ THESE THREADS BECAUSE, I found alot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. IMHO, there's really NO excuse for that, but I did not complain and it did not ruin 1 second of my stay there. The food court had more than enough selections, and we loved the RIX , we found the CM's in there to be so helpful, they would rinse out our mugs for us every morning . Bus service was just fine and Mousekeeping did a great job. I am definitely taking my kids here for a week next Spring, they are going to love this place.

Kathy, I had trouble choosing between the Coladas and the dacquiris, so the bartender kept making me these drinks that had BOTH in one cup All in all, great trip and a beautiful resort!!! Thank you Buzz and Kath for all your great advice!

Sounds like you had a great time! Glad you enjoyed your stay and didn't like the mold ruin your trip. CSR sounds like a really nice resort, a lot of people are big fans of it.

Litlpixie: So glad you loved the CSR (sorry about he mold on the bathroom ceiling and hope they take care of that soon--I know the rehab starts in October).

I will have to ask the bartender to make me one of those colada/dacquiri mixes when we are there in September. Sounds yummy.

Again, I am thrilled you enjoyed your stay at our fav resort.

Glad to hear you loved the resort. We are there in 4 day's. Arriving April 19th. I hope we get a good section for our room. I do not want the Ranchos area at all. How was the bus service? I read in one post that it is hard to get a bus from the parks in the middle of the day to go back to the resort. I hope that isn't the case. We stayed at CBR last yr and everything was perfect including the transportation at any time of the day or evening.
