I'm back and I met a DISer.....

We had a great time! But, it was so hooooooot!!!!!!!! You would think I would be used to this heat...

The kids wanted to stay.... nothing new there. DD (4) told DH that we couldn't come home because she wanted to go back to the MK and to "Lizzard Beach".

I didn't get a chance to meet Katholyn. We arrived at our hotel around 8:00 p.m. Friday night, much later than we had anticipated.

However, I did meet my first DISer!

I met Beth (Beauty), actually I ran into her at the Art of Disney!! DH and I had decided to go back to DD Saturday night after putting the kids to bed (my mom stayed with them at the hotel).

Anyway, we were browsing through the Art of Disney .......That's when I recognized Beth and her mom. I approached her and asked her if she was Beth and she confirmed it. I told her who I was and that I had recognized her and her mom from pics that she has posted. She was shocked by this and so was my DH! We actually talked for quite a bit. I later met her DH and her son. They are really nice folks, very friendly and outgoing. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and meeting.

Browneyes~ LOL!! You are not the first to say that. Beth is doing well, she has been busy packing. I met her Saturday night and they were leaving the next morning. Her mom is such a nice lady. She also told me about having met TC and her DH at Epcot.

We were just there too! I looked for us in the background of your pictures, but we are not there! I wondered if I would see Beauty, but never did. Never saw a lime green ribbon either. DTD was SO deserted at times, very strange from our summer visits. Did you make you a computer card printout of a Disnified Mr. Potato head at Once upon a Toy? Fun fun!

Bibbidi~ Yes, the kids did! Isn't it fun? That area of the store was always packed. It was really funny seeing the adults sitting on the floor packing/stuffing their boxes.

I think everyone in DTD was in that area of the store ! I LOVE that store! Got DD(me, ) the haunted mansion playset too. The 11th and 12th had SO few people at DTD! Easier to buy stuff! Got a gold Mickey charm for my bracelet too , at last!
