I'm at Disney now and I need help with food

We only have two days left but I'm beginning to run out of ideas. I didn't realize before I left but I didn't think about lunches too much. So far we've eaten at Olive Garden (dinner), Earl of Sandwich (lunch), Wolfgang Puck Express (dinner) & Joe's crab shack (dinner).

Today we're going outlet shopping so I need a lunch idea. I think we'll go to Cheesecake factory tonight & then tomorrow me & my daughter are going to HS & my mom & sister are on there own for a while. So they'll need lunch near old key west & then we'll need our last dinner.

Money is running low for some so think very good but not so expensive & to add to make matters worse my sister doesn't eat meat. She will eat seafood though.

Try Macaroni Grill for lunch. Reasonable prices and meatless options. Very good food, neat atmosphere and warm bread with olive oil for a great appetizer.

Is this like Carabba's? I've never eaten there but my mom & sister love it.

There's a "Sweet Tomatoes" at the far end of Crossroads Plaza in Lake Buena Vista that's pretty good. It has an extensive salad bar and usually has several soups, pizzas, desserts, etc. I didn't find any when I was there last week, but I know they often have coupons in local publications.

(In case you don't know, Crossroads Plaza is the shopping center at the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd -- the road with the hotels (Hilton, Doubletree, Wyndham, etc.) as you exit Disney property near Downtown Disney)

Another vote for Sweet Tomatoes! We always make time to eat there when we are at Disney.

Another vote for Sweet Tomatoes and if you register on their site you can get BOGO coupons. If you have a smart phone, you don't even need to print them, just show them your phone.

We love Steak N Shake which is very reasonable (cheap) and good. Good burgers and shakes. Cheap prices. Shakes half price from 2 - 4pm.

We went with Panera bread where I made a bad choice but everyone else seemed to enjoy. Tonight we're thinking about Carabba's or Cheesecake Factory. Tomorrow could be interesting since Dd18 and I are going to HS & leaving my mom & sister to fend for themselves at OKW ( they don't want to go).

I can't agree more if you go between 2-4 you can get half price shakes.

We ended up at Carrabba's on Vineland and it was awesome! I will definitely eat there again. It wasn't too expensive either. $69 plus tip for 4 of us.

Tomorrow ,dd18 wants to eat at Pizza Planet while in HS. I imagine there's something better but I don't know what it is.

Tomorrow night is our last night & we're going to Cheesecake Factory.

The Olive Garden that I know of is in Lake Buena Vista, not far from Downtown Disney. I'll give you a couple of ways to get there:

- If you're on Disney property, follow signs for Downtown Disney. When you get to Downtown Disney, keep going on the main road, which becomes Hotel Plaza Blvd after you pass Downtown Disney Marketplace. You'll get to a light when you get to SR 535 (Crossroads Plaza will be in front of you). Make a left onto 535 (Apopka Vineland Rd) and keep right. The Olive Garden will be on your right just before you get to the next light (Palm Pkwy).

- OR, if you'd rather use I-4, go on I-4 E towards Orlando. Get off at the SR-535 exit for Lake Buena Vista. At the end of the ramp, make a left and keep right. You'll pass under I-4, then Crossroads Plaza will be on your right. Pass Crossroads Plaza and be sure to keep right as The Olive Garden will be on your right before the next light at Palm Pkwy. (This way can have a lot of traffic)
