I'm an idiot and I forgot to use my Costco coupons

I went to Costco yesterday specifically with the coupons to buy certain stuff I would not have bought otherwise. Well, I come home and the coupons are still in my purse and I never gave them to the cashier. So here's my question...If I go back to day with my receipt and the coupons, will they adjust my prices or will I have to physically return everything for which I have a coupon and repurchase?

Costco is pretty consumer friendly. Why don't you call the specific store and ask rather than toting all those heavy items to and fro if you don't need to.

Just go to customer service with your receipt and your coupons...they will give you the value of the coupons back in cash.

Trust me, you're aren't the only one to do this! Not at Costco, but at the grocery store, I just shove the ones I am using in my pocket and it never fails, one or two are almost always there when I get home.

It's happened to me a few times. I just take the recp't back and the coupons and they give me the difference in cash. What also happens to me is I'll go to Costco and get stuff and then 4 days later the coupon pack comes in the mail.

Oh that happens ALL the time to me! It's gotten to the point that I actually try and hold out until I get a coupon pack from them before I go shoping, espencialy if it's been a while since the last pack came in the mail!

I use a largish envelope to put all the coupons in as I select the products. When I get to the register, I just pull out everything in the envelope and hand it to the cashier.

I seem to do this ALL the time. Did it last weekend at Wal-Mart! I did it one time at Costco, I checked out, started pushing my cart away and realized I still had the coupons. Before I got to the exit door I stopped an employee by the cash registers and she took my info and gave me my money back right there. The lady in front of me was also getting her money back because she too forgot to give her coupons! I think I have even had them in my hand at the register before and STILL forgot to fork them over. I get distracted watching the kids or my phone rings or something....frustrating!

I did get distracted.

I went with DH's grandmother (83 and going strong, thank God) and she was getting a little confused because she had a gift card and a rebate check and she could not understand why she did not have to pay anything, so I got distracted helping her (she was in line right in front of me).

I still haven't got back to Costco yet. I have to make it by Sunday though because that's when the coupons expire.
