I'm all set....just 345 day until I'm in WDW!

Here we go again!! That L-O-N-G wait until I'm in my "Happy Place". Just booked my 2011 Food and Wine Festival trip. Normally it's a "Mommy Only" trip but I think I've managed to talk DH into joining me!! Either way, I have a 1 BR, Boardwalk View room with my name on it!! Not sure yet if I'm going to make it down before October. We have more work to do on the house and I'm thinking that we should "just do it" so then we're finished. Hummmm....a trip to WDW or a nice home??? Tough decision!!

Oh...and I totally forget about the new reservation system and love the fact that I already have the confirmation via e-mail!!

I will be calling on Monday to get my own One Bedroom at the Boardwalk but we are going with a standard view. I am going to keep my fingers crossed to hopefully be able to change to Aulani at the seven month mark. If it comes through, I will be on cloud nine.

We just got back from a 2 week trip in October. It was great. The 1st week we did sort of commando style, the 2nd week we relaxed and did more of a sightseeing style approach.

I highly recommond room 3011.
It's right above Big River's Patio Tables.
Great view...
Clear view of EPCOT's fireworks.
HUGE balcony.
(Litterally 3 times the size of the same room's balcony above us)
Stayed a week, only heard outside noise one night but not a problem.
No more than hall noise. (kids slept through it)

In June we were in 3001 and last month I was in 2001 which is a few doors away from 3011. Know the area well! It's a better view from the 3rd floor but I still enjoyed the fireworks from the
2nd floor. That room series has that long balcony also. Loved it!!

I waited too long once for my October trip and couldn't get in at the Boardwalk. I stayed at SSR and while I love that resort I did miss the closeness I'm use to for the F&W.
