Every time there is a storm she goes nuts... it is not due to hit until tomorrow night, but the minute I got home tonight she was in her firefighting outfit and ready to hit the stores for food and water. (She forgot we are going to Pop Century I guess)

Anyway she's got all the windows duct tapped $300.00 worth of duct-tape down the tubes. The house look like someone TP'd it from the inside.

And if she comes up here one more time to tell me its time to bring in all the patio furniture I'm going to scream.

Sigh why cant she just sit there quietly and enjoy the calm before the storm??? No not Donna she's the one that will go door to door like an air raid warden telling them to batten down the hatches.

Today I got a call from the home owners association, they caught her trying to drain the pool again for the 4th time today.

So how many guys out there have this problem???

No, not so Ed can handle Donna... rather, the pixie dust is that y'all make it through the next couple days intact! ::yes::

Yup, we've each had one eye glued to the Weather Channel, keeping up with the one-two punch that Florida's going through. Not that it's any consolation, but Bonnie was tickled pink that she had a hurricane named after her this year ... Now, on the other hand, Kellie is just ticked off that there are no hurricanes named after her (she considers it to be a gross injustice... consoled only somewhat when I told her "well, there isn't a hurricane Sandy, either")

I've always thought that I'd rather live with hurricanes instead of the tornadic activity we get here in Indiana. At least, with a hurricane, you do have some warning and can be somewhat prepared. Not so in our neck of the woods. Kinda like the Spanish Inquisition, y'know? :earseek:

Now that would be a picture for you to post! ;)

Take good care of yourselves, y'hear? We're thinking about you a lot! (And call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me...) :wave2:

Sandy (and Brian, Bonnie, and Kellie!)

Please let Donna know she is not supposed to drain the swimming pool. She is to put all the patio furniture in it. Then it won't be blown away, and after the storm passes they can then be pulled out.

::yes:: :wave2: :duck: :duck:

I was checking out one of the WDW live cams, and I think I saw Donna on Main Street in the MK boarding up windows! :earseek:

A couple of CMs tried to stop her, but she duct-taped them to each other, and then duct-taped their feet to the curb. ::yes::

She was last seen heading toward the Crystal Palace . . . now that's alot of windows! Hope she can handle it! :moped:

I'm off to take care of the Epcot ball!!!!

She is outside right now as I write figuring out how to save all the lizards from the storm.

I opened up my tool shed out back and over 500 of those little suckers came runnig out, all she did was yell at me say now she had to catch them all over again.

On a side note the Otero house for young ladies that need shelter from the storm is now closed as all the rooms are full.

HELP ME!!! OBI WAN!!!

Actually it is funny :teeth:

Quick, Ed! You need to make one more duct-tape run to Home Depot!

Donna still has to tape down that blasted sorcerer's hat at MGM! You know that baby could be airborne with one good 60 mph gust at the right angle! Hurry, times running out.:moped: :scared: :umbrella:

God Speed Donna!

How DO you put up with the PinBoy???

Cannot wait to meet the woman behind
the madness in November!

Hey Donna.. did Ed take down those wind chimes like you asked him to????? :rolleyes1

I saw the oddest thing on CNN earlier tonight during the hurricane coverage from Orlando.

In the background was a dark-haired man running after something, and I'd swear I heard windchimes.

:teeth: :hyper:

And you all know where they can go too. :teeth:

I forgot the plants true, but its funny when the 80MPH winds hit and you hear tinkle tinkle BANG BOOM from outside.

It was one of those angel with little dangly things that became Ninja stars projectiles when the wind hit.

On the sad side, Donna had to go to Publix to buy six hundred small zip-lock bags for the lizards thats did not make it in the shed!!!!
Film at eleven!!!!
