Yup, Disney Springs. Epcot also has them during Festival of the Arts but that is around January/February.

Just stand to the side and observe any major pedestrian walkway. Many people become living statues when they stop to look at the app. Great fun.

Used to enjoy them in front of France and Italy. Haven't seen them in several years.
have not seen them at DS, will have to look next time.
At AK, you may be able to find Devine.

Last February their were several on platforms beside the large fountain in EPCOT. They looked SO real people would stand beside them for a picture then the statue/person would put their hand on the person shoulder or on their head and the posing person would just about faint! My husband and I sat on a bench for a long time and watched the show. It was very entertaining and the living statues were wonderful!
