First of all, if I arrive on July 27 and want to make a reservation for that night, can I make my reservations for the rest of my trip when I call? Or do I have to call every day? Also, how important is it to call exactly at 180 days? I'm not planning on doing any character meals or anything so I didn't think that calling exactly 180 days ahead would be a big deal. Anyway, if anyone could helpme out I'd appreciate it. Thanks

You can make all your ADRs for up to 10 day stay 180 days out.

Forgot the second part. If you don't plan on eating somewhere in high demand or at an exact time you don't need to call that early except perhaps for the busiest holidays of the year. You could always make some initial ADR's at that point and then change them later as you are more sure of your plans. That way you know you've got something to work with if that makes the process less stressful :)

The places we know we'd like to go are Le Cellier, California Grill, Whispering Canyon and Aritist Point (we're staying at WL). The first two seem super popular so should I make those 6 months out?

It's better to get them at the 180 mark if you can. You are free to change them later (if your plans change and there is still availability) but it's comforting to know you've got your back-up plan in place.
