So my Jack Skellington tree ornament I lovingly and carefully brought back from DLR in October, that sat perfectly fine on the mantle all fall broke while I was decorating the living room. I tried to fix it, but the glue my husband has is horrible, and while I was waiting for it to set, it fell AGAIN! And now it's beyond all repair.

BUT... I read somewhere here, that Disney Parks merchandise can send me a new one? And seeing as how the nut doesn't fall far from the tree, I could maybe get my daughter's tiara from A&E's Boutique replaced at the same time? She didn't break it - she lost it somewhere in the Park. Darn thing lasted about 30 hours before it went on another ride without us. I can only hope some little girl found it and is loving it.

At any rate, can they replace my ornament and the tiara for me? I'd pay, of course.
 
Have you checked the Shop Parks app for the ornament?
 
I'm afraid once always a Klutz, always a Klutz, this coming from someone who's been one all her life. I'm so sorry you broke a beloved ornament, and am hoping you can find a replacement. I've heard somewhere on these boards that there's a disney merchandise line that you can call and get items ordered directly to your home if they are available. Unfortunately I don't have the number on hand, otherwise I'd give it to you.
 

You can try calling Merchandise Mail Order to see if they have the items available to them (some items cannot be mail ordered). If you have the item number (SKU) and approximate price, that will help make the search easier. They do honor the Disney Visa and Annual Passholder discounts and right now they're offering free shipping. For additional Merchandise inquiries please contact:

You could also try and see if the ornament is available via the DisneyStore.com. They carry some Park items, including ornaments.

Lastly, there is also the Shop Parks App, but I think it only ships to US addresses. That being said, it can be useful to look for your items on the app and find the SKU/item number.

I probably don't get free shipping because I'm in Canada and it's 'international' so the shipping may be prohibitive for me but I'll call them and see.

depending on how long ago your trip was you may be able to find out if the tiara was in lost and found and not have to actually pay for a new one, my DD lost her ears last trip and we went to lost and found and they had them there.
 
WOW! Well, it was October, so I'm sure it's been redistributed by now.

I'm going again this coming October and can replace, but it'd sure be nice if Santa replaced her tiara for her.
 
So it's not the Disney Store.com you use but the SHOP DISNEY PARKS APP. Like a PP said. Just download it -it's free. They offer more items than the Merchandise call center. But be aware that the shipping is pretty outrageous. I ordered a pillow for $25 and the shipping was $18!
 
Updated 8 December:

I called yesterday and forgot my credit card at home (duh), but I chatted with Valerie. She told me there was only 1 ornament left but she'd call the store today and double check. I told her about the tiara and she said she could get one for us after she did a bit of digging. I called for 15 minutes straight yesterday before closing, but just got a busy signal.

I called back this morning and after 5 minutes busy signal and 30 on hold :crazy2:, I asked for Valerie... but she was out. She'd call me back.

So she did, and after double checking with the store - there was no ornament. So I ordered another one that I had liked at the time, and will get this one again either in January when the new batch comes in, or when I go back in October.

She then said the tiara was no charge because, "We want your daughter to be happy for Christmas" :lovestruc

Shipping is $20. The ornament is $22. The silliness of that is just... silly. Anyway, my DD is going to lose.her.mind when Santa returns her tiara.

Valerie at the shopping number is so sweet and a goddess!! YAY for Disney magic!
