Anyhoo, it's true, today was one of those "clumsy" days. Do you ever have them?

First, I'm trying to plant 2 potted Heavenly Blue Morning Glories, nice size ones, a good 2ft. tall. I'm trying to cover up some lattice behind my perennials, so it's an awkward spot to work in. Dig the holes, unpot the vines, lose my balance and break off a good 8in. from the tip of the vines. Cursing my clumsiness, I step up and backwards, trying to avoid my Coreopsis, when my shoe comes off and my barefoot lands on some kind of thorn...ouch!!!! Getting the tweezers, I try to operate, only to break off the thorn, and now I can't get it at all.

Deadheading my lilacs. Up on a stepstool trying to reach the higher branches, I'm clipping them off, they keep falling in my face, and down my t-shirt!! It's at this moment while I'm pulling lilacs out of my top, that my good looking, firefighter neighbour(they are always firefighters..lol) comes over to say Hi! It was a very deflating experience.......

Deadheaded the moldy blooms on my lilacs the other day too. Moldy Blooms, Moldy Blooms I'm tired of Moldy Blooms.

Is there a sun out there, I'm beginning to wonder. On a happier note, you've be glad to hear I finally purchased a digital camera.
