...I now have "Target Crates" holding my scrapbooking paper.

After reading about the Target crates and finally seeing a picture of them on other threads I copied your great ideas. The ironic thing was we already had that exact system, only we bought it at Costco years ago. My husband was using them to store his "junk" in his basement work area. I 'borrowed' several ;)

I know I don't post much here...my scrapbooking seems so simple compared to some of the pages I've seen and read about here...but I certainly appreciate the ideas you ladies share! Thanks!

Copy cat away!!! I do it all the time too..

And Creative Memories old motto was....."Simple Pages = Completed Albums." As for me, that motto works and I do simple pages too.

right now I am doing very simple pages..hardly any embellishments. I am going through my sticker binder to see if I can plug them in...what to use them up since I spent so much money on them! I like the look...

Another simple scrapper here!!! I do simple pages for 2 main reasons:
1. I scrap so we can see the pictures and journalling, not so I can show off a bunch of trinkets.
2. I truly lack the creative ability to be able to put a bunch of embellishments together to look attractive. When I try to do more elaborate pages they turn out look like a big mess!:D

I'm a big copy cat too. I find the pages I like the best that I have done I hav copied from somewhere else.

I am a simple scrapbooker too. I like the look of paper and a few embellishments but they cost so much I keep to a minimum. I like to get pages done quickly too. Can't do that with so much on a page.

Although it sometimes takes me forever to put a page together, I consider myself a simple scrapper too. I like the look of cardstock. Most of my pages contain noting but cardstock. My main thing is color and balance. I try to make about every 5th page a bit more fancy. I figure that if you try to make every page fancy, you have to keep topping yourself.
