I'm 32 and I have pink eye

So....I am 32 and all day today my left eye was not feeling right. When I went to pick up my 2 DD's from day care I asked both of their teachers "Do you think I have pink eye?" and they just laughed and said "Oh yeah."

I have never had pink eye before and it really stinks and of course it is Friday and there isn't a doctor to be found. I have some antibiotic drops that were one of my DD's so I am going to use that till Monday.

I'm having my family over on Sunday for a belated Easter gathering and I am debating if I should cancel. Anybody have any words of encouragement - I could really use it.

Does your DR have an answering service. When I had pink eye it all happened over the weekend and she just cold a prescription in for me. Or are you able to use a walk in service?
