Illuminations

I have been to Disney World mulitple times, and I have a pretty good viewing spot for Wishes and Spectromagic. The only thing I haven't been able to find a good spot for is Illuminations, maybe it could be because that the spots i pick are also too crowded or there are trees in the way. Would anybody please share a good spot to stand/sit for Illuminations.

When we visited, we were staying at YC. The evening we arrived, we took a chance and walked over to see what we could see. We were sure we would have to go back because we would not be able to find a spot since it was about 20 minutes before i started. We walked right to a spot on the bridge by the UK and it was great. The boats for the Illuminations cruises were parked directly below us.

Based on a tip in one of the guide books, my friends and I staked out a table at the Mexico CS restaurant & watched Illuminations there. It was a pretty good view, and we were able to sit down, which was nice. I did get video of the show, but haven't ever edited it, or I'd show you some of what I saw.
