Illuminations/Wishes dessert party refund if you cancel??

I'm thinking about making a reservation for the Illuminations dessert party (or wishes if it becomes available).
I didn't realize until now that you have to pay in advance for it. If I book it now and later decide to cancel, do I get a full refund back?
