There are only a few tables at Tokyo Dining that are by the window - and I'm not sure how much of the show you can see.
If you are seated at your table for dinner at Teppan Edo, there aren't any windows. You would have to leave your table to go outside to stand on the balcony to see.
Also keep in mind, if you want a prime viewing spot, people usually start "sitting" in those spots at least an hour before the show.
With a 7:50PM reservation, I think you would be cutting it close. If you don't mind being a little late or where you stand to see them, then I would keep.
