Traveling end of September and want to get a really good view of Illuminations for the last time. I've never dined at either of these at viewing time, and wondering if anyone could offer thoughts on which has the best view?

In the past we always tried to get Rose and Crown Patio seating, but with the new event, (and menu) that's out for us...

Thanks in advance!

I think Front row/ window tables in each have a good, not excellent view. But both are limited in number. Personally i would eat earlier and find a spot around the lagoon.

We were close to the window at Tokyo Dining ( 1st row from the windows) and really couldn't see much. I would eat earlier and get a good location to watch.
Spice Road outside, you still have the roof that blocks some of the show.

We ate at Spice Road in March and were fortunate to snag a patio railing table — it was a great view. I made reservations for 7 pm, checked in early and asked for patio seating, and let the hostess know I was willing to wait. We got a sprinkling of pixie dust and it worked. ☘️

Thank you all for your input!

Has anyone ever watched Illuminations from Tokyo dining's balcony?
