Has anyone arrived at the International Terminal at the Philadelphia Airport since 6/1/2010? At the customs area; where one waits abnormally long on most occasions and even longer if you are not an American citizen there is a new video playing on the flat screen televisions above the line area.
The new video is a composite of typically American scenes and different nationalities participating in all of our countries splendor playing to the music of....Illuminations: Reflections of Earth from Epcot.
This was particularly exciting to me as I returned from an overseas trip to hear some of my favorite music from any of the four theme parks. No one else in my traveling party being a Disney fanatic like me recognized the music and I have been unable to find any news or information about this online.
Does anyone know if Disney simply licenses the music to the airport or because the score was done by the London Symphony Orchestra with the Royal Philharmonic; if they own the rights to this music. Knowing a bit about Disneys business practices, I highly doubt that Disney would let the original artists retain the rights of their creation which means that Disney themselves have allowed this to happen.
If anyone has any light to shed, I would appreciate it.
