Illuminations Desert Reception

MY Grand Gathering is doing the Illuminations desert reception this Novemeber trip. Does anyone have any pictures from this. We are also doing to the dinner that is before the desert reception. I didn't plan this ADR but I have heard that this meal is a character greeting? can anyone confirm this. oh and Pictures please!

No pics available at the moment. You will eat dinner in the Odyssey building. There will be a hostess and DJ who entertain and get people dancing. Minnie and Goofy make an appearance to join the festivities and pose for group photos at the back of the room later in the dinner. After dinner, you go to the fireworks viewing area which is behind the gift shop on the left as you approach World Showcase from the front of the park.
