No one has any experience here? I'm surprised! This is the DIS, and nothing?

Hi, Sorcerer Figment! Our experience has been in the past that the limit is actually 10 Adults plus 2 children, so 12 total. Unless something has changed? You might also check by what age limit are they considering children? I'm sure this is a weight issue as well as space. Good luck and I hope it works out for you!

WDW-PLAY will say "10 ppl" Maximum (PERIOD).
But, at Bayside Marina, IF children are in "the mix" and all 12 can be seated on the boat, the captains should have no problem keeping the family together and not leaving anybody on the dock. But please consider the size of your guests, sometimes even 10ppl is a strain.

I was checking to see if anyone has gone on the pontoon boat ride from contempary for the MK fireworks and is it worth the money. Please describe. Thanks a bunch. We are going very soon.

We will be in Disney for my 30th b-day and think this would be fun. Which is better, Illuminations or Wishes? We would be a party of 6 and would need 4 more in order to fill the boat and afford it. Anyone interested in discussing this for the 15th of June?? I know it's early but hey I'm a planner. THANKS!

GREAT- thanks I PM'd you back. I need help from other DISer's though. When do the boats leave for the WISHES and ILLUMINATIONS cruises? what time? I've seen a lot of details about ILLUMINATIONS, what is the view like for WISHES? Is one better than the other? Any help would be GREAT.
Oh yeah, is payment required at time of booking or do you pay that night??

Hey! I know it might be early, but I'm looking to see if anyone has an Illuminations Cruise booked for anytime between June 3-10.....am looking for room for my and Mom!

Illuminations might be more "special" since I understand it's a great show and the boat puts one "inside the fireworks". Plus we will be able to walk outside our room (at the Poly) and see Wishes,

But my son adores Captain Hook (a lot of boys dig the Pirate thing) so the GG Wishes cruise would be a treat.

We have 3 adults (wife, mother-in-law, me) and 1 four-year old boy.

Would love to share the expense and meet new people. PM me please.
