Illuminations Cruise

Anyone have info on the Illuminations cruise? I've seen it mentioned (can't remember which section), and I couldn't find many details on Disney's site. Has anyone been? How much is it? Is it worth it? I have three young children (6,5,3), but am traveling with a big group (of 10 or more), so thought this would be a good treat.

We did the Illuminations cruise in Oct. 2006. It was around $300 I think. I definitely think it was worth it. You get right up close to the show, no crowds to fight. They have blankets and snacks on board and the we really enjoyed the view. It was the best show to see up close. I don't remember how we booked it though. I think you have to call the WDW reservations line and there is a set day that you can reserve. I would call when the lines open on the day you are able to call because there are only like 8 pontoon boats and they go quick. Have fun!
