Illuminations Cruise in February?

I would love feedback from people who have taken an illuminations cruise in February. Was it too cold? Any bugs? Would you do it again during under February Conditions?

Not February, but December, and the night we did was quite chilly. Even if on the cool side, it can feel colder, on the water, sitting still for a time. But sure is a great evening.
