My DD, almost 3, and I will be at WDW for the first time 9/14 - 9/21. We'd love to get in on a cruise, either Illuminations or Wishes. I just learned about the cruises and, although I couldn't afford to take one with just the two of us, would love to try it out. Of course, I would be willing to pay equally for my daughter as well as myself on this (I know under 3 gets in free to the parks but I don't assume that applies everywhere )

We've got the breathless booked for Wednesday Sept 1st for Illuminations cruise.

We will be there Sept 4-11, me, DH and 5 year old DS. What is involved in the cruise? Food, Drinks!!

We did it last year. Our Captain picked us up (in a pontoon boat) at the Boardwalk Dock. We cruised around MGM and other places and he told us all kinds of tidbits of information about Walt and the Parks and different resorts and stuff like that. It was great. After the tour, he parked us under a bridge in EPCOT on the lagoon and we watched Illuminations. It was great. I can't imagine a better view.

I have heard that sometimes if you are UNlucky and the wind is blowing that way, you can't see much.

It was good enough that we are risking it again!

I see that we will be there the same time!! Have fun!
