Meanwhile we are enjoying a beautiful morning - great dive weather but Sam is working today and the boat is in for maintenance.

So, we'll clean the freezer instead....

I've always used the "System" font for my purple type here, but it seems to have changed....to my eyes, anyway. Am I nuts, or is it different?? (Jim and Virgil, I don't want your opinions!!!)

Stacey, nice post. We had some running friends over for dinner. Lisa and I cooked so that counted as a Mother's Day dinner.

Giving away free stuff on Craig's list really works fast.

I listed our old waterbed frame this morning at 7:40. It was gone by 9:00 along with some other stuff.

I just wanted the stuff gone and it sure did work. I really don't care what they do with it as long as it's not in my garage anymore.

Sharon and Lisa better start nailing down their stuff because it might show up on Craig's List.

I've thought about listing on Craig's List.....it would be cheaper than selling on eBay....with all of their fees. I wouldn't want anyone to come to my house, but they could meet me at the shop. Hmmm....now you have me thinking....


Had a nice dinner out last night with three of my favorite (Cave Creek) guys.....Jay, Jared and Bill. The restaurant gave each mom a rose....that was so nice!

Of course you can sell horses on Craigslist......

Bill is great. He canned a bunch of pickles over the weekend, I have some of the bread and butter. He's baking Jordan's 21st birthday cake for tomorrow, too. What a great guy! But yeah, somtimes his head is back in the "holler" with his family.

I was thinking the same thing...but then I have not been posting so I cannot speak....

Today is not a good day to dive - no dive partner and high seas (at least for me) Maybe next week.

So it is time to do chores....unless there is some reason for Easter bunnies to still be in the house on Flag Day?

We are babying our 18 year old girl cat....she is old and feeble....but still interested in all the normal activities.....sad to see but expected.

I'll check back sooner......

Who will be going to the launch on Monday?

I really wanted to go to the launch - but working 12 hours today left me no time to get there.... I'm actually off tomorrow - but oh well....

I look out the door at the appointed hour for the shuttle.

We got back this morning from Long Beach. Took the red eye.

We are finally done with competition season!!

It has been a long season, but a great one. Lisa has a good meet, but not a great one. She has not fallen all year, apparently saving it for Nationals. She fell on Floor which knocked her out of the running for All Around. Other then this one mistake she has a solid meet. She placed 5th on beam so came home with a medal. For Nationals, we are happy with that since this is the best in the country.

We had a great weekend there and were busy. Visited Santa Monica. Did a whale watch boat trip in Long Beach. Went to Catalina Island for zip lining, and eat really well.

Now it is time to rest up.

Congratulations to Lisa on her National Medal.... How many girls compete in Nationals? And consider that she was there and come in 5th on beam...WOW......I fall walking across the floor and that is without Banfi
