DIDNG DING DING DING DING --- WE HAVE A WINNER....:cloud9::cloud9::cloud9:

This is the signature drink of PINK - and it comes with the little tasting. Can't you tell we just love this place. And a great bartender as well. The glasses were especially made for Pink. Mark, I hope they are still there when you sail. So far 2 have been broken. (sob). And no, I was not tempted to take one with me. Someone would have stayed here and I bet you can GUESS....

I don't know why I didn't guess that sooner....it's one of the places I really want to see....and for once, I might just even order a drink!

Were you in the theatre for the "Till we Meet Again " party or whatever it's called?

Otherwise, I am going to have to consult a deck plan - are outside sources allowed? :rolleyes1

Ooopsie - I think we missed that....

We missed so many things.

Here is another hint which I was going to save to later but as I am thinking of it. This was like our first cruise -- way too much to see and do and not enough time. And not, mind you, very relaxing. The Wedding Cruise was - why, we had seen everything so we just did what we want. Very relaxing. For the DREAM, I felt if we were relaxing on our veranda we were missing something. Hence - inside room - GOOD.

Important Hint - make sure you get lots of rest before the cruise (easy to say right....) but really, and make sure you are NOT on deck 5 aft - Mark - you were right on the main boards about the aft rooms closer to the elevator - they would be ok.

Did you go to the spa? Maybe the rainforest room?

We would have loved to - I cannot wait for the Fantasy now so that we can have a longer time on the ship. Four days is not enough and 3 is going to be hard.

Better yet a 10 day....

Well, I can dream and fantasize can't I?

Jeez - A trick question - you already reported on Pink :thumbsup2 I was trying to think of something you hadn't tried.

We already know it's not going to be a relaxing cruise because there is so much to experience; but that leaves more another time. This will be our first verandah on DCL - we'll see how we like it since we cruise so much more actively on DCL. RCCL we sail to relax and we love our balcony, especially when we snag the huge 7th deck aft balconies.

I'm almost thinking the same thing about the balcony, Monica....there's so much to see and do.....but I really do love my late night reading on the balcony.....:cloud9:

And now some pictures of the room. The original room was a 6b - when we moved we were upgraded. Sadly I did not think to pull down the bunk and look at the stars on the ceiling.

Room 5180 had blue blankets

While room 9030 had red blankets

The couch and stowage chest. If you have a bunk made, the couch pillows will be stored in the chest. It is larger than the little table in the other room, however we found it too wide for the area if one person is on the couch and the other is working at the desk area.

I like how the desk area was re-arranged. Plenty of storage in the drawers under the top and a real fridge.

Storage above the TV for important stuff.

And the cabinet on the other side of the TV. Apparently I did not take a picture of the flat screen. It swivels to pull out for viewing in bed, should you be so inclined. The channels are changed to provide for in-room DVD viewing on command - Lots of your favourite Disney movies, classic and new.

And the photo above the couch.

More room pictures later - and any QUESTIONS so far?

I am not keeping up very well. But...

Happy Birthday Garry!

Irene, both the Pink and the Mumms look good to me. Would like some of each, please. Sorry to hear about the noise on Deck 5 aft. That was our favorite spot to stay on the Magic.

Hi Diane - you have not played Where in the Ship Are We - I shall have to think of a new contest as the 4 Night Cruise is coming to an end.....but the postings have been fun. PINK is one of our favourite spots on the DREAM, but we shall have to go back to be sure. :lovestruc

Meanwhile, the Mumms was from a prior cruise when we had Scoopie with us. GaRRy is welcome to come join the group but no Mumms for him.

Meanwhile here are some Necessary Shots of the New cabins on the Dream. The split bath and the split closet. The closets are great - no sliding doors, but they open so there is a bit of a dance when two folks are trying to get dressed and go in and out of the closet and in and out of the bath. The lack of the slide, slide when the ship rocks is worth it. And there is a lot more storage in the new closets.

The new safe does not use the room key, instead it is a 4 digit code like the ones in the new DVC villas.

Hum, it seems I can only find one photo of the bath - sorry about that....I thought I took a shot of both. One thing I did not like was that only one bath had towel rods. I thought that both did on the Magic. This limits the space to store towels. And it was in both rooms....

Must rush - time to help Sam take the old dishwasher out of the wall.....

But First - What TOWEL ANIMAL did Hedgie find when she came back to the room for her last night....?????

A Challenge......who wants to GUESS?

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY GARRY!!!!!!!

Hope you are somewhere other than this BITTER cold. I really thought we would stay a LITTLE closer to our average temps for this time of the year but apparently Mother Nature has a different idea!

Irene - having fun living the DREAM vicariously through your beautiful pictures. Couldn't get Alexa off my lap and into bed last night as she kept looking at them over and over!!:)

A monkey?

A lot of them always do the monkey on the last night...but you have that one.....so I'll say....Hmmmm:scratchin......I want to say "stingray"..it popped into my head....but instead I'll say BUNNY RABBIT!

Hey look....a new smilie!! This will be me, if I don't learn to stay off the main boards.:crutches:
