If the weather holds all the way across the country, he means that they'll be getting the cooler temps and rain (snow?) that we're starting to get today.

Snow in our high country, rain down in the valley. Spring isn't here yet! Why is this guy smiling???

Thanks again to Irene for posting the beautiful pictures of the Dream.

Priced out our '12 Fantasy Cruise & the cheapest catergory is now close to $6800!!! Glad we booked our inside statement for $3500. Bummed because we were wanting Bruce's brother, wife & kids to join us. We mentioned it Christmas when rates were still reasonably low but they were uncertain about his job. Now that he knows it secure, the prices are too high.

Bruce ran his 2nd marathon last weekend in New Orleans. We stayed with my brother & it was great to walk out the front door & be on the race course. Bruce finished with a time of 3:39:30. He was happy.

That's unbelievable. I have a deposit on a Fantasy cruise, so at least I have a lower price locked in....not sure if I'll end up going, though. With the new Carnival Magic coming out in 2 months, going out of Galveston and doing pretty much the same itinerary (only with Montego Bay instead of Castaway Cay) at a FAR lower cost....it just doesn't make much sense.
Not that I'll be doing the Carnival one either, but just for example.

REALLY windy here.....cooler, but not cold. Probably about 50 out there. The rain so far hasn't been as bad as was predicted, but not counting my blessings yet. It looks like it's raining more in the mountains, which means that eventually, that will all come down stream.
