I bought a new chip for the digital camera, so I will try to provide your own personal MV tour. I'll have to get e-mail addresses to send a slide show. Not that I am the best with keeping promises - but just keep after me ---- it should be fun, it doesn't have to be perfect AND they will be my pictures.

You are both right - I am tired of whiners, or second guessers, or braggers. I am still excited. This is the trip that is billed as the Maiden Voyage and it will always be the Maiden Voyage to me. This is another First for Sam and I, to be on the deck on a ship's first official cruise. A new crew, New places to explore, the only thing missing is you guys.

PS - Stacey - um, here is a hint.....sore spot with the MV folks - most if not all of the Palo and Remy ressies were gone before any of us could book. Disney snagged all the top cabins for the VIPs. Result - no ressies. Every so often one comes due....But this is the problem - if we go to Palos (love it) or Remy (gulp - cost is $$$), we will not get the full rotation of the resturants. So while I want to do it all (yes, Jim is it really is all about me), then I can't do Remy or Palo - guess I just have to book that other cruise......hee hee hee.

But the sense of "gimme too" over the goodie bags the media is receiving and planning to complain if they don't recieve special treatment just because it's the MV is way too much! And I am excited for you and plan to live vicariously through your pictures until July!

I think you and I are referring to the people who are jealous that the media got the iPods, right Monica?
Irene....those people are saying that if they don't get "really nice free gifts" on the cruise, they'll be very upset and will complain loudly.
Different than not being able to book the specialty restaurants, etc.

Can't remember if I've asked this before ... have any of you ever been to Progresso. We're going on a Carnival cruise in May with stops in Cozumel & Progresso. The girls want to do a swim with the dolphins so we'll probably do that in Coz. Not sure what there is to do in Progresso. Guess I need to get myself over to cruisecritic.

Sorry, July it is...It's too easy to cruise out of Galveston during the winter.
