IIIIII have a question....

I really think birthday pins should be reserved for one's birthday-preferably a childs. Everyone has a birthday during the year-to say "well, my birthday is next month so I want a pin" to me is selfish and does take away from the magic a CHILD should experience having their REAL birthday at Disney. When we were there in June there were so many people (mostly adults) wearing pins that it truly took away from the magic of my DD turning 10 in Disney. I asked many if it was their birthday and they would answer "no, it's next month, or last week" I could have said "Well, my birthday is next month so I want a pin too, or DS birthday was last month so lets get him a pin" but that would take away from the experience DD had.

I realize no one else feels this way but I feel the need to express my opinion on this!
