Are the only resorts the ones that show on the DVC website? Can anyone suggest a nice family resort in New England? I was thinking of the Trapp Family Lodge. Has anyone been there? Thanks for any info.

WHen to Vt this summer when to visit the Von Trapp Lodge It looked very nice I know they have summer concerts and hayrides Marie von trapp is buried at the lodge in a garden Ben and Jerry factory tour and Vermont teddybears is nearby The lodge is located on a hill very nice views of Vt. Some good resturants nearby in STOWE vT.

There are many more knowledgeable about resorts in this area than I. But from what I know, the top two resorts on the list for NE area are Trapp Family Lodge and Marriott's Custom House Christmas Mountain also deserves some interest. I'm sure there are many other serviceable resorts if you want a specific area. And there are other good resorts not on the list, mostly RCI resorts. But it is an area that is lacking in top quality resorts overall. Also consider Hershey in PA.
