II - Italy?

Anyone have specific II Italy exchanges they can recommend?

We are thinking of going next June or July (2009).

Am I too late to try to deposit for Italy?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I tried for Italy for next May in March.

About a week ago I cancelled the search. It's not easy. Probalby need more like 18 months!

Have you considered the Club Cordial resorts?

(I have never traded --and am not the person to ask.)

I remember looking off and on about a year and a half ago, and the only resorts that ever became available were golf/ski resorts out in the boonies. Personally, if I'm going to go to Italy, I'd like to stay in a traditional italian town/city.

There are a few Interval locations in Rome, Venice, etc, so maybe you'll have some luck with those. I think DVC has much better trading power than the unit I was exchanging.

Oh, and about the Cordial Club resort in Italy . . . does booking it work the same way as Interval International where I put in a request and wait, or can I call and book with per night points?
