Ignored?

I was clicking through some posts when the "this person is on your ignore list" message came up. Trouble is. . .I don't have anyone on my ignore list. I even went to check if somehow I had clicked by mistake. Nothing there. I am so (but that doesn't take much) Could someone please explain? TIA!
