Either it's dead or just ignoring you. If it is dead, it will still be there if you go back this summer. Kind of like my ex-girlfriends hamster.... Ah, just ignore that. I never saw it, I swear.

my cat ignores me all the time and usually makes sure you know you are a squashed dingleberry on the sole of the foot of life to them, "actively ignore you" you might say

I think it was cat food, I was just surprised that they let him sleep in the house. Maybe the staff was just ignoring him.
